Project Overview
Pagoda Projects is a leading global, inclusive work experience provider, offering internships, mentoring, and cultural exchange programmes around the world. During his time as Creative Director, Jack played a pivotal role in shaping their brand identity and digital presence, from the foundations of their bold new logo to the global rollout of the Pagoda Portal app.
logo & brand identity
Pagoda needed a brand that could stand out in the education sector while reflecting its values of inclusivity and opportunity. The logo takes inspiration from the structure of a pagoda, with each tier symbolising the three core groups it works with - students, universities, and private partners. A vibrant orange was chosen as the core colour, standing out in a traditionally muted education sector and giving the brand energy and confidence. Paired with clean typography and flexible design rules, the identity rolled out seamlessly across every touchpoint.

The Pagoda website was built to do more than just inform. It acts as a central hub, showcasing programmes while providing dedicated logins and portals for both students and partners. Intuitive navigation, interactive elements, and bold visuals make the experience engaging, while the back-end infrastructure supports complex functionality, from applications to ongoing student engagement. It’s a digital platform designed to match Pagoda’s scale and ambition.
App Design
To extend the experience beyond the website, Jack designed the Pagoda Portal app, giving students direct access to programme content, resources, and a community network on the go. The app reinforced the brand’s bold design language while delivering practical tools for day-to-day use, making Pagoda’s offering more accessible than ever.
Marketing

From social campaigns to printed brochures, event signage, and promotional merchandise, the brand was applied consistently and powerfully across the globe. Whether it was a university fair in the UK or a large-scale conference in Asia, the visuals, messaging, and collateral ensured Pagoda stood out as a confident, trusted international provider.
photography & videography
Photography and videography became a central part of the brand, with dynamic content captured across continents. From cinematic tradeshow videos to day-to-day programme highlights, every piece was shot, edited, and colour graded to feel bold, professional, and unmistakably on-brand. This visual library became a cornerstone of Pagoda’s marketing, shaping the way the organisation told its story worldwide.
